The new edition of JCT design and build contract 2011 (DB 2011) has now been published, replacing the 2005, revision 2, 2009 (DB05). The Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009 (LDEDCA) was implemented in October 2011, so JCT launched a new suite of contract documents to take into account the changes required by LDECDA.

The Association of Consultant Architects Ltd has published the Project Partnering Contract, PPC 2000, Which caters for partnering on single projects.
PPC 2000 has been endorsed by CIC, M4i, Housing Forum, Local Government Task Force and Construction Best Practice Programme.
