However, only a small proportion of post occupancy evaluations (or post project reviews) are currently structured in such a way that learning from an individual project is delivered to future project teams and in a form that can be used effectively.
. There is evidence that an increasing number of public sector and other funding bodies are seeking evidence of learning from past projects as a criterion for awarding future funding. As an example, the Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE), the Association of university Directors of Estates (AUDE) and the University of Westminster recently published a “ Guide to Post Occupancy Evaluation”, which sets out a framework for Post Occupancy Evaluations and uploading POE reports.

. All courses will be presented by Mike Thomas, an experienced Construction Partnering and Integrated Teamworking Facilitator. Mike has developed Post Occupancy Evaluation strategies and agendas for project and strategic teams in the public and private sectors since the early 1990’s, and will use case studies, practical examples and model forms in his presentation.
