Auditing + Improving Partnering
Courses Background:
PLEASE NOTE: There are no dates planned for this course during our Spring Term as a Public Course. The Course is still available as an In- House Course. Please do let us know if you would be interested in attending this course as a Public Course as it will help us with planning for courses in 2008. Thank you.
Partnering contracts and longer term “strategic” partnering arrangements have been developed in the constructions industry over the last 15 years. Some of these arrangements are working well and providing substantial value benefits to the partners. Others are struggling to rise above the results that can be achieved in straight single-contract tendering.
This BRAND NEW COURSE will provide delegates with newly-developed tools and processes to evaluate and quantify the benefits of their partnering arrangements, leading to further improvements in performance. Delegates will use these tools in the course and will be encouraged to develop these and the processes for use in their own partnering relationships.
WHO WILL BENEFIT?
This course will benefit contractors, consultants and clients in the public and private sectors who are signed up to partnering contracts and longer term arrangements.
