Andy Wyss served as a fire service officer for thirty one years and has over twenty years experience as a fire safety officer. During his time in the fire service he completed seven and a half years as a fire safety instructor at the Fire Service College, Moreton-in-Marsh teaching all aspects of fire safety.

Since retirement from the fire service in 2008 Andy has worked in the private sector as a fire safety consultant providing fire safety advice, undertaking fire risk assessments, and delivering fire safety training.

Andy is employed by Trenton Fire Ltd. as a fire risk assessor. He also acts for Trenton Fire Ltd. as the fire safety advisor to the Home Office.

He has an HND in Fire Safety Studies and undertakes continuing professional development.

Relevant Experience
Following 15 years experience as an analytical chemist in the printing industry (finally as Chief Chemist), Bill has now over 25 years experience as a consultant in the asbestos industry, with extensive contacts in all areas of the regulatory, professional and accreditation bodies. While managing the Casella Asbestos Consultancy, he was responsible for quality matters, including developing the quality management system to EN 45001 (now ISO 17025), development of internal proficiency testing schemes and administration of audits and reviews.

He is the author of ‘Asbestos for Surveyors’ published by Estate Gazette Books, which is one the leading publications on asbestos.

He now specialises in training courses (predominantly for asbestos), both for recognised qualifications through BOHS and other tailored courses as required by a range of clients in all industry sectors, both public and private.

He has extensive experience as a member and contributor to various industry bodies including HSE, UKAS and BOHS and been involved in working groups publishing standards and guidance associated with the asbestos industry.

Relevant Experience

Chad Murrin is an experienced training professional, who has designed and delivered learning and development courses, workshops and events for many organisations. He is also an active Non-executive Director, serving on the Boards of Beard Construction (a £50 million turnover regional building contractor) and Setsquare Recruitment (a specialist agency supplying temporary and permanent staff to the UK construction sector).

Chad has a broad business and financial experience, having worked for 3i Group from 1986-2004. He has developed training in the areas of commercial acumen, financial awareness and effective leadership. He has also delivered training courses on Open Book Accounting and Value Engineering/Value for Money to a number of housing associations and others.
