Stephen is a Chartered Building Surveyor with experience of working in building construction and maintenance, in both the public and private sectors. Stephen has a Certificate in Education and has taught building surveying and construction technology at undergraduate level. He is also a qualified NVQ assessor and verifier. Stephen runs his own building consultancy providing specialist advice on building defects.
